Our Wellness at Work
Rosedale Yoga offers Wellness at Work programmes on a consultation basis, recognising that every organisation has different needs. I work with employers to assess workplace challenges such as stress, sickness, or work-related injury, and develop practical wellbeing solutions. Programmes are tailored to your team, workplace environment, and budget, supporting physical health, mental wellbeing, and positive team connection.
